About Me
Many years of injury claims related work led to a deepening interest in the field of loss prevention and risk management based upon practical experience of adverse and often harrowing events. I now work within a small consultancy supporting mainly large corporates in their efforts to improve safety management from not only a systems viewpoint but in relation to practical application of workplace health and safety standards. I have a particular interest in establishing active, measured monitoring processes and using behavioural approaches to effectively engage the workforce in supporting safety management programmes. I have experience of developing practical incident investigation and root cause analysis skills through a hands on approach to training and our business provides a wide range of other training including IOSH accredited courses.
