earphones for a sonicator

I have noticed in my lab that people use a sonicator often in front of other workers and the don't wear ant earphones. I have told them that it's dagerous on the long term but I could see from their attitude that they believe I am exagerating. Can you please advice or send me any documentation regarding the danger due to the use of a lab sonicator without proper protection?
I am trying to buy the Protective earphones but I don't which one I should buy and where in UK. any help?
