It's a very, very awkward question but I think it depends where we are coming from. One of my interpretations of the question is the h&S manager or another person - are you asking what if somebody does something against what's written down in the management system (rules) and I think a very very challenging question.
In any industry you can have the most fantastic managament system and the most defined rules of the do's and the don'ts, bit if you're looking at people's behaviour, which is the cause of the accident and not the wet floor or the fact the vehichle is reversing or whatever, throws up all sorts of issues, so are we saying that if somebody follows the rules, they're not going to be injured, at the same time if somebody doesn't follow the rules because they think it's going to be safer, are we saying that's not acceptable? It's a very very brad question.
