From my organisation, we don't expect to see any real impact at all. That's really because we're an organisation where we've got some work to do still and we've got one or two challenges out there - it's a continuous improvement - but we've got a very, very good culture. We're improving our management systems across the whole organisation. So I think it will have very little impact on ourselves. Our MDs and directors are fully aware of their responsibilities that are enshrined in common law and are certainly now enshrined in criminal law under this legislation. I think the challenge lies with the floor organisations out there - the ones which haven't got the occupational health and safety resources or even the very basic level of understanding of what they need to know under section 2, section 3, etc. I think it's a case of informing people in our business what they need to know and how the legislation will work. It's a case of watch this space.
