I thought I should add a comment to say thanks for producing such an insightful, informative website. I recently had an issue on a site where risk assessments were not being adhered to and using a checklist and examples (along with some horror stories of huge fines) on this site I managed to explain just what potentially happen if they continued to work the way they did. I'll definitely continue to use this site.
