It's just like the HSE and HSC amalgamating. Apparently, it's not going to make any difference so why do it in the first place. There's another bureaucratic wage raising coming up, I think. I do think this corporate manslaughter legislation is about the size of industry, as well. A small easy is easy to go to - there's the boss. Larger companies have a wadge of vice presidents and senior managers.
