Question: Legionnaire's disease

I have been asked if it is necessary to test for Legionnaire's disease in the pipework and storage tanks of sprinkler systems used for fire fighting. The systems are all 'wet pipe' and are situated inside heated warehouses.

Is there a legal requirement for an office building to have a signing in book or an in/out board? My building doesn't have one and when we have a fire drill, the role call is a joke! The current policy is that the Fire Warden's manually search the building to ensure it is clear. If I could quote a specific legal requirement, it would allow me to implement something. Thanks in advance for your help, Sal.
