A company owner has been cleared of manslaughter but fined £17,500 following the death of a 21-year-old worker who inhaled poisonous fumes.
Dean Cox was found dead by a vat of chemicals used for stripping alloy wheels at Wolverhampton firm A1 Paintstrippers in September 2006.
