£10,500 fine for paperwork failures

The HSE has prosecuted a fireworks company after it failed to produce paperwork relating to the movement of stock.

On 1 December 2006, the HSE's Explosives Inspectorate asked Echo 2 to produce documents that would allow it to identify people who might be carrying fireworks by road.
