Stockline inquiry

The UK and Scottish governments are to hold a joint full public inquiry into the Stockline explosion (see Stockline fine is "no deterrent"). The inquiry - the first of its kind in mainland Britain under legislation introduced in 2005 - will be held in Scotland and the terms of reference will be agreed over the coming weeks.
