The Health and Safety Executive/Local Authorities Enforcement Liaison Committee (HELA) has published a new edition of local authority circular LAC94, Advice Regarding Call Centre Working Practices. LAC94/2 replaces LAC94/1(rev) and is a major revision of the earlier guidance.
