East Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust has been fined £8000 after an employee suffered an electric shock while operating a steam cleaner.
The incident happened at the Conquest Hospital in St Leonards-On-Sea, East Sussex. The employee suffered serious injuries and required surgery. ...
