Updated RIDDOR guidance published

News | HSP
10.06.2008

The HSE has published revised RIDDOR guidance featuring an at-a-glance list of reportable major injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences.

The Regulations themselves remain unchanged (aside from minor changes to Regulation 2) but the new edition of L 73 brings the guidance on reporting arrangements up to date.

Other amendments reflect changes to legislation including the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002.

The third edition of L73, A Guide to the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences, is available from HSE Books priced £11.95.
