Is there a legal requirement for an office building to have a signing in book or an in/out board? My building doesn't have one and when we have a fire drill, the role call is a joke! The current policy is that the Fire Warden's manually search the building to ensure it is clear. If I could quote a specific legal requirement, it would allow me to implement something.
