Tesco fined after faulty lift injures worker

Supermarket chain Tesco has been fined after a defective scissor lift knocked an employee unconscious.
The incident happened on 22 August 2006 at Tesco's Abbeydale Road store in Sheffield. The lift's hydraulic arm hit the employee on his head.
