HSE: 10% fall in site deaths last year

The HSE has revealed that provisional fatal injuries statistics for 2007/08 show 69 construction workers were killed on sites.
That figure suggests a 10% fall from the previous year, which saw construction deaths climb sharply to 77 - reversing a downward trend established over 15 years.
