HSE updates PUWER ACoP

The HSE has updated the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) for the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations to take account of the latest legislation and guidance and to remove out-of-date references.
The executive says the substance of the ACoP and guidance remains unchanged.
The updated edition of L 22, The Safe Use of Work Equipment, costs £11.95 and is available to order from HSE Books.
