I cannot sign in with the login details sent to me, or I get a blank page after attempting to sign in. What do I do?

There may be cached files causing this problem. Initially delete your temporary internet files (not cookies) and then try again. If the problem remains, ask your IT department to exclude the address "*.healthandsafetyprofessional*" from any caching systems. Normally you can create exclusion rules for this. Should you require further guidance on this please contact our Technical Helpdesk on 01483 257 705.

As with all LexisNexis web applications, we recommend that you do not cache content from the website due to the dynamic nature of the application. The website content is likely to change daily, and not caching from the website will ensure that you are always looking at the latest information and avoid technical problems using the website.

Click on the Forgotten your password? link in the login area.

How do I change my password?

Once logged in, click on the Change your password link in the login area.

Please provide as much information as possible in order to get the best response. Give details on the scope of work and time frame you expect.
