J&B Fitton's butchers of Oldham has been fined £18,000 after a 15-year-old employee had to have his arm amputated when he caught it in a mincing machine.
Magistrates also fined the shop's manager, Darryl Lees, £2,500 after hearing a guard had been removed from the machine.
