Office workers underestimate back suffering

Office workers may be underestimating their chances of suffering back injuries says the HSE.

There is no significant difference between the rates of back pain reported in manufacturing or service businesses. However, an HSE survey found that one in five office workers believe they face no risk of developing a back injury at work.
