A skip lorry driver who drove for nine hours without taking a break has been fined by Solihull magistrates.
Michael O'Connor and his employer Skipaway Waste Services, of Mucklow Hill, Halesowen, were prosecuted by the Vehicle & Operator Services Agency (VOSA).
