New HSE webpages for Wales

The HSE has published new Welsh English bilingual web pages. The new section of the HSE site targets people working in Wales, offering online support and advice.
The fledgling site includes regional news and events updates and the opportunity to sign up to the Wales eBulletin. Visitors can also read the official report on the explosion of the Corus blast furnace at Port Talbot in South Wales and download Welsh HSE forms.
According to HSE director for Wales Terry Rose, the pages will reinforce the Welsh language facililities already provided by the executive's infoline.
"We already work closely with the Welsh Assembly government," said Rose, "There are clearly many areas of common interest including agriculture, healthcare and education, and with a different government situation in Wales, it makes sense to adopt a different approach to providing public information online too."
The new pages are here.
