B&Q fined

Prosecutions and Claims |
08.11.2007

DIY retailer B&Q has paid almost £50,000 in fines and costs after a cascade of kitchen flat-pack doors fell from the top of racking at its Chichester store in June 2004, injuring three customers, one severely. A paramedic who attended the incident was also injured when another box fell on him from the same shelves.
