As this is a state monolith, there is every effort madeby thopse in charge to protect it by denying what has occurred.
Personally, the best way forward for the relatives concerned would be a "class action", where all could engage a barrister and bring these hospitals to account.
After all, they are owned by us as taxpayers, and also, the people working within the NHS are actually all the employees of the citizens who pay the taxes.
There should be no hiding place for killing anyone, especially in a hospital paid enormous amounts to keep people alive.
Incompetence can be Criminal sometimes. It appears that this was the case here!!
