A garage in Twickenham has been fined over the death of a car mechanic who was engulfed in flames.
In December 2005, Biagio Malacaria was draining fuel from a vehicle when his overalls were set alight.
He was taken to hospital, where he died from pneumonia as a result of his injuries. ...
