HSE censures for MoD for climbing fatality

The death of a Royal Air Force (RAF) flight lieutenant who fell 61 metres during climbing training has resulted in a Crown censure for the Ministry of Defence (MoD). As a Crown body, the MoD is immune from prosecution but still bound by health and safety legislation.
