Fireworks factory owner charged with manslaughter

The owner of a fireworks depot where two firefighters were killed tackling a massive blaze has been charged with manslaughter, along with his son.
Martin Winter and Nathan Winter have been bailed to appear before Lewes magistrates on 18 June.
