Dr Rosemary Anderson

Rosemary Anderson has a BSc and PhD in Biochemistry, a BA in Psychology and is a Chartered Psychologist. She spent a number of years in  education and in various management positions before setting up her own Management Consultancy - Anderson Peak Performance (ApP) in 1996.  ApP provides advice and training in all aspects of personal and organisational effectiveness and specialises in stress, absence, and performance management. Clients range from large private companies such as BP AXA. HBos and Royal Mail to local and central government and the police.
 
Rosemary is a prolific writer on the subject of stress and an experienced speaker, having taken part in a number of live TV and radio debates.

In 2002 Rosemary was the  chair of the International Stress Management Association and as such was invited to join the HSE experts working party developing the Stress Management Standards. She was subsequently asked to deliver an information workshop at the launch of the Standards and has been asked many times to speak alongside the HSE or on their behalf. She has written two HSE sponsored information leaflets and has recently worked with them as an external "expert" on their Stress  Master Classes.
