Fees regulations come into force

The Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2008 came into force today.
The new regulations revoke and replace the Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2007 and the Health and Safety (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, so increasing the extent and cost of charges made by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
