Iceland fined for fire failings

Supermarket chain Iceland has been fined £15,000 after firefighters had to rescue a worker at one of its stores because of inadequate evacuation arrangements.
An electrical fire broke out in the Iceland store at Bulwell, north-west of Nottingham, in September 2006.
